I remember when I was a kid when my mom used to sing me the old nursery rhyme.
"Row, row, row your boat
Gently Down the stream.
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily,
Life is but a dream."
I used to laugh at the song before I go to sleep. I don't know why but every time I hear it seemed like it was a joke.
How could I live if its just a dream? A lot of questions arose my head but I didn't ask my mom because I usually forget to ask her or when I remember it I am already falling asleep.
Now being past the teen years have realized about the song. Life is but a dream so you just have to keep rowing.
Life is something man has to realize because the more you reach for "life" the more you are left confused. So i'd prefer to just sit and row my boat till life shows itself to me. Just as it is "Life is but a dream."
